A private membership for principals who take the sea seriously.

The Blue Water Club.

Blue water sailing means open ocean — beyond sight of land. The Club exists for those who have sailed past the horizon, or intend to.

What the Club is — and is not

A private membership, not a loyalty programme.

The Blue Water Club is not a loyalty programme. It is not a discount scheme. It is not a points system in nautical clothing. It is a private membership built for the specific needs of principals who spend serious time on the water — chartering, buying, owning, and living the yacht life at its highest level.

Members receive intelligence, access, and introductions that are simply unavailable elsewhere: off-market yacht opportunities, named contacts at the world's leading charter brokers, commission rebates, and invitations to private YachtSail gatherings.

“The Blue Water Club exists for those who have sailed past the horizon, or intend to.”

Every benefit, explained

What membership changes in practice.

The Blue Water Briefing

Members receive intelligence before public availability: charter openings, off-market opportunities, new launches, and editorial notes intended for those who actually act on them.

Charter Broker Introductions

Introductions are handled directly and with judgment. Members are connected to the desks we would call ourselves, rather than being left to general enquiries.

Commission Rebate

Blue Water Fellows recover 25% of YachtSail's referral commission on charter bookings. Deep Water Masters receive 50%, funded from our own referral income rather than added cost.

Market Intelligence Reports

Quarterly market reporting covers resale values, new-build order books, charter pricing, and the underlying tone of the market with the discipline of financial research rather than glossy promotion.

Event Invitations

Blue Water Fellows receive invitations to selected YachtSail gatherings in Monaco, Fort Lauderdale, or Palma. Deep Water Masters are invited more broadly and more personally.

Off-Market Access

Deep Water Masters receive first sight of off-market sales, estate disposals, and private opportunities before they move into formal brokerage circulation.

Apply for Deep Water Master membership

We review every application personally.

Membership is extended to those whose relationship with the sea matches the standards of the Club. We respond to every application within two business days.

    From our members

    Editorial, first-person, and quietly emphatic.

The charter concierge alone is worth the membership. One call, one conversation, and the entire thing was arranged.

    Blue Water Fellow, Newport RI

The off-market opportunity I received as a Deep Water Master saved me considerably more than I would care to put in writing.

Deep Water Master, Palm Beach FL

I joined for the YachtSail 50. I stayed for the Dispatch. The intelligence in that fortnightly letter is simply not available anywhere else.

    Questions

    Answered plainly.

Is the Blue Water Club a loyalty programme or a subscription service?

Neither. It is a private membership for serious yacht principals.

How does the commission rebate work?

When you book a charter through one of our recommended partners, YachtSail earns a referral commission. Blue Water Fellows receive 25% of that commission returned directly to them. Deep Water Masters receive 50%.

    Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, at any time. We prefer that members stay because the Club delivers value — not because they forgot to cancel.

What qualifies as an off-market opportunity?

Yachts that are available for sale but not listed publicly. These come through our broker network and direct principal relationships.

How many Deep Water Masters are there?

We limit Deep Water Master membership to 50 globally. When those places are filled, a waiting list is maintained in order of application.
